We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Part II Architectural Assistant to join our practice in Winchester. Applicants should ideally have a good working ability of AutoCAD and great communication skills.

Witcher Crawford are a medium sized practice working predominantly in the high end private domestic sectors across the whole of southern England.  We embrace all forms of architectural design that best suit our clients’ needs or requirements. We are passionate about making sure that our projects are well crafted and detailed to a high standard.

Below are the ideal skills and abilities that candidates should have:

  • Strong and clear technical and graphic communication skills.
  • UK experience on residential projects desirable but not required.
  • Good working skills of AutoCAD and Sketchup.
  • A high standard of written and spoken English.
  • A team player who efficiently manages their time, deadlines, and workload.
  • A confident communicator who can build strong working relationships within our team and fellow trades.
  • Due to the locations of many of our projects, the candidate should possess a valid driving license and their own vehicle. We will also accept candidates who are in the process of obtaining their license.

We offer a competitive salary that will be based on experience and skill set. Negotiable during the interview process.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for a visa.

For applicants who are considering progressing their Part III studies, Witcher Crawford have successfully aided several people through their studies to earn their titles as Architects and this support will be available to the successful applicant.
