Hiring Experienced Architect

We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Chartered Architect with job running experience to join our practice in Winchester. Applicants should ideally have 3 years experience, post qualification, working on private residential projects throughout all RIBA stages in the UK.

Witcher Crawford are an RIBA Chartered medium sized practice working predominantly in the high end private domestic sectors across the whole of southern England.  We embrace all forms of architectural design that best suit our clients’ needs or requirements. We are passionate about making sure that our projects are well crafted and detailed to a high standard.

Below are the ideal skills and abilities that candidates should have:

  • Good and clear UK based experience across all RIBA stages.
  • Experience in Contract Administration for building contracts.
  • A good understanding of Construction Detailing and UK Statutory Regulations.
  • Strong and clear technical and graphic communication skills.
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • A high standard of written and spoken English.
  • A team player who efficiently manages their time, deadlines, and workload.
  • A confident communicator who can build strong working relationships within our team and fellow trades.
  • Due to the locations of many of our projects, the candidate should possess a valid driving license and their own vehicle. We will also accept candidates who are in the process of obtaining their license.

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience and skill set. Negotiable during the interview process.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for a visa.
