We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our practice in Winchester. Applicants should have a strong ability to produce bespoke construction details to suit UK construction methods. Applicants must have several years experience in a UK based office. Any applicant must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in construction detailing, drafting, and UK Building Regulations. 

Witcher Crawford are a medium sized practice working predominantly in the high end private domestic sectors across the whole of southern England.  We embrace all forms of architectural design that best suit our clients’ needs or requirements. We are passionate about making sure that our projects are well crafted and detailed to a high standard.

Below are the ideal skills and abilities that candidates should have:

• Several years’ experience in Construction Detailing and UK Statutory Building Regulations.
• Strong and clear technical and graphical skills.
• UK based experience across RIBA stages 3 to 5 on residential projects preferred.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD.
• A team player who efficiently manages their time, deadlines, and workload.
• A confident communicator who can build strong working relationships within our team and fellow trades.

Salary dependent on experience and skill set. Negotiable during the interview process.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for a visa.
